A word that meets women where they are and moves them forward.
When I speak, I bring all of me, the executive, the educator, the wife, and the mom, and I layer real life, real research, and the Word of God so women leave with something they can actually carry home and use. My prayer is that every woman in the room walks out knowing God has a plan, that she has the power and the provision to walk it out, and that it's time to move.
Three messages built on face, frame, and forward.
Each message can be shaped for a keynote, a breakout, a retreat session, or a workshop, friend, and I'm always glad to pray with you about what your women need most.
Take Off the Rose-Colored Glasses: Face the Facts
Being honest about where you are and why, so you can stop romanticizing what's behind you and see clearly how God has been at work.
Write the Vision, Make It Plain: Frame the Future
Hearing from God for yourself, seeking godly counsel, and writing down what He says so you have something to hold onto when the doubts come.
Set Your Face Like a Flint: Become Forward Focused
Aligning your heart and your hand, your posture and your position, and taking the next step God already told you to take.
Where I love to show up
In person and virtually. Share your event details below and we'll talk through travel together.
- Clarity about where they are right now
- Courage to lay the past down and leave it there
- A written vision they heard from God for themselves
- A clear next step they can take the very next morning
You can find an excuse or you can find a way.

Michelle has been married for more than twenty years and is the mother of three, and everything she has built, in the boardroom, the classroom, and her own home, has been built with her eyes on Jesus. Today she pours all of it into helping women stop looking back and start moving forward with God.
Let's bring a forward focused word to your women.
